By purchasing, you agree to the following.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. The Midlife Sessions is a series of nine live online education sessions with Dr. Brittany Schamerhorn, ND, delivered monthly from October 2026 through June 2027, with a recording of each session made available afterward. Single-session purchases include only the named session and its recording.

Sessions are delivered live on their scheduled date, with the recording available afterward. If you purchase after the series has begun, any session that has already aired is provided as a recording, and you attend the remaining sessions live.

Sessions are held on Zoom. Your join link is emailed to the address you purchased with before each session.

PRICE AND PAYMENT. Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST of 5% is added at checkout. The full series is C$267 (C$280.35 with GST). Single sessions are C$47 each (C$49.35 with GST). Upgrading from a single session to the full series is C$220 (C$231 with GST). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

The series begins Wednesday 7 October 2026 and runs monthly through Wednesday 9 June 2027. Session dates and times are listed on the sales page and inside your course.

ACCESS TO RECORDINGS. Recordings are streamed through your course account. They are not available for download.

If you bought the full series, you have access for at least 12 months from the final session. If you bought a single session, you have access for at least 12 months from the date that session airs. We may change the platform used to host or deliver recordings, and your access moves with it.

EDUCATION, NOT MEDICAL CARE. This series is general health education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No individual medical or health advice is given in these sessions.

Questions during live sessions are answered generally, for the benefit of the whole group. Nothing in the series is individualized to you. No prescriptions, lab requisitions, or individual recommendations are provided through the series, and the content does not replace assessment or care from your own healthcare provider.

If you are not already a patient of Dr. Schamerhorn, purchasing or attending does not create a naturopathic doctor-patient or any other practitioner-patient relationship.

If you are a patient of Dr. Schamerhorn or of Ivy Health Clinic, this series sits outside your care. Nothing said in a session is individualized to you, forms part of your treatment plan, or is recorded in your chart. Please continue to raise personal health concerns at your appointments.

Dr. Schamerhorn is registered to practise in British Columbia, Canada. The content is general education and is not tailored to the standards or regulations of any other place.

If you have urgent health concerns, seek care from a qualified provider promptly.

REFUNDS. All sales are final. Because each session is delivered live and recordings are provided afterward, no refunds are offered on single sessions or the series. If you cannot attend live, the recording is yours to watch at any time. The only exceptions are set out under Changes to the Schedule below.

CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE. Dates may change. If a session is moved, your purchase carries over to the new date and we will email the address you purchased with as soon as we can. A rescheduled session may fall outside the monthly pattern, and the final session may land later than June 2027. Your access period is not shortened by a change of date.

If a session cannot go ahead as planned, including a technical failure during a live session, it will be rescheduled and delivered, and a recording provided. If a rescheduled session is not delivered within 90 days of its original date, it is treated as undelivered, and a pro-rata share of the price you paid for it will be refunded on request.

If the series cannot be completed, a pro-rata share of the price you paid for the sessions not delivered will be refunded on request.

RECORDING AND PRIVACY IN LIVE SESSIONS. Live sessions are recorded, and the recording is made available afterward to everyone who purchased that session or the series.

Attendees can see and hear one another during live sessions. If you turn on your camera, speak, are spotlighted, or post in the chat, your name, image, voice and words may be captured in the recording and shared with other purchasers. By attending live, you consent to this.

If you would rather not appear: keep your camera and microphone off, set your Zoom display name to a first name or initials, and send questions through the chat or Q&A rather than speaking. You can attend the whole session this way, and the recording is always yours to watch instead.

Please do not share personal health information in the chat. Chat is visible to other attendees and may be captured. Questions are answered generally, for the group.

You may not record, screenshot, photograph, or otherwise capture any part of a live session, or share images or information about other attendees.

LIVE SESSION CONDUCT. These are live group calls, and a respectful environment is required. Attendees who are disruptive or disrespectful toward the presenter or other attendees may be removed from the session and, in the case of repeated or serious behaviour, from the series, without refund.

RECORDINGS AND MATERIALS. Recordings and any materials are for your personal use only. Sharing your login, redistributing recordings, capturing or re-recording them, or reselling access is not permitted. Your purchase is for one person and is not transferable.

If you request a chargeback on your purchase, your access to the course and any recordings ends.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with this purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not guarantee any particular health, symptom, or other outcome from attending.

PRIVACY. Your information is handled per the Privacy Policy at https://www.drbrittanyschamerhorn.com/privacy-policy

We use ThriveCart for purchases and course access, Flodesk for email, and Zoom for live sessions. These providers store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

GENERAL. You must be 18 or older to purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. We may update these terms; the version that applies to you is the one shown at the time of your purchase.
